3. User Obligations

You agree to:

Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA)
Not attempt to circumvent any technical measures or security features of the Service
Not use the Service for unauthorized surveillance or stalking purposes

OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, SHALL BE LIMITED TO $100 USD.
